Keriven Cottage - Lac du Guerledan

Cottage has 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and one with twin single beds). Newly fitted bathroom with bath, separate modern shower cubicle, handbasin and wc. Good size lounge with UK TV and DVD system. Separate kitchen with dining area. Pretty front gardens with views over forest leading down to lake. Very peaceful end of village location - the cottage is elevated on its garden so is not overlooked. Garage and 2 acres of land to the rear - dogs welcome.

This cottage is located in an idyllic location near Lac du Guerledan with miles of lakeside forest trails on your doorstep. The lake beach is just 10 mins walk from the cottage where there are restaurants, water sports, safe swimming beach and boat hire.
